Tourist Attractions

The Osamu Tezuka Manga Museum is located in Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture that expands the dreams and hopes of young people into the future, based on the themes of "love of nature" and "respect for life" that Osamu Tezuka has always advocated.

Kawaramachi Tsumairi Merchant House District has been designated as an Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings by the Japanese government, and it still maintains a well-preserved historical landscape along a street of approximately 600 meters.

Takeda Castle was built in 1443 and was abandoned shortly after the Battle of Sekigahara in 1600. On misty mornings, when viewed from nearby mountains, it appears to be floating in the sky. That's why it is acclaimed as the "Machu Picchu of Japan" and the "Castle in the Sky."

Yumura Onsen, which was founded during the Heian Period (848 BCE), is a hot spring (onsen) in which nature and culture have remained intact from the olden days.

The rice terraces of Mt. Uhe have been selected as one of Japan's top 100 rice terraces.

Himeji Castle is also known as the White Heron Castle and is both a Japanese National Treasure and a World Heritage site. Its status as one of Japan's 12 remaining original castles makes this fortress a must for anyone interested in the history of Japan.

Kokoen Garden is an authentic Japanese garden with a view of Himeji Castle, a world heritage site, and is a popular place for sightseeing in Himeji.
