🛫 Private Tour Reservations
- Securing Your Journey
To begin crafting your personalized itinerary, a non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures exclusive access to our travel designers and premium partners.
- Cancellation Terms
Should you need to cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:
- More than 60 days prior to departure: Full refund of payments made, excluding the deposit.
- 30–59 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 30 days prior to departure: Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are not available.
- Missed Services
Refunds cannot be provided for unused portions of the itinerary, including early departures or no-shows.
🏨 Third-Party Luxury Partners
Bliss Travel partners with a curated selection of luxury hotels, airlines, and local experts. Refunds for these services are subject to the individual provider’s terms and conditions. We will advocate on your behalf to secure the best possible outcome.
💼 Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
- Transaction and banking fees are non-refundable.
📅 Itinerary Adjustments
- One complimentary date change is offered per booking, subject to availability and partner approval.
- Additional changes may incur administrative fees.
🌍 Extraordinary Circumstances
In the rare event of global disruptions—such as natural disasters, political unrest, or health emergencies—we will work closely with you to reschedule your journey or offer partial refunds where feasible. While full refunds cannot be guaranteed, your comfort and satisfaction remain our highest priority.
