Collection: TICKETS

We tell you which attraction tickets are worth buying in advance, and you buy them in your own name. Timed entry, popular museums and mountain railways sell out; most everything else does not, and buying early only removes flexibility.

What is worth booking ahead

Anything with a timed slot: the major museums, observation decks, the alpine routes and the popular theme parks. In Japan, the Fuji and Tateyama routes and the Ghibli museum are the usual ones. In Europe it is the state museums and the Vatican.

What is not

Most temples, castles and gardens sell tickets at the gate, and pre-buying them locks you into a schedule for no benefit. On a private itinerary that flexibility is the whole point.

Skip-the-line, honestly

A "skip the line" ticket usually means a separate entrance queue, not no queue. We tell you where it genuinely saves an hour and where it saves ten minutes.

Passes only pay off on dense days

Rail and city passes are worth it only if you use them several times in a short window. We do the arithmetic against your actual plan rather than recommending a pass by default.

Send us the itinerary and we will mark which entries need booking and when. Planning is free — WhatsApp +852 6888 4736.
