Opened on May 1, 2025, Jukusei Sushi Rita Namba Shinsaibashi is a refined aged sushi specialty restaurant located on the 3rd floor of s-Front Dotonbori, overlooking the Dotonbori River in Osaka. Just a short walk from Namba and Shinsaibashi stations, it serves as the first branch of a popular aged sushi restaurant from Shin-Fukushima.
The restaurant’s philosophy is “making time your ally to achieve ultimate umami.” Fresh seasonal fish from across Japan are carefully aged to develop rich, profound sweetness and a silky, melt-in-the-mouth texture that perfectly complements their specially prepared sushi rice. The elegant all-counter seating (18 seats total, including a private VIP counter for 3–5 guests) allows diners to watch talented female sushi chefs craft each piece with grace and charm right before their eyes.
Four omakase courses are available, ranging from an accessible weekday plan to a luxurious Ise lobster course featuring the whole lobster in multiple styles. Excellent sake (10–12 varieties) and wine pairings are also offered.
