Licensed and protected in Hong Kong
BLISS TRAVEL 嘶遊天地 is a licensed travel agency in Hong Kong (Travel Industry Council licence no. 352969), established in 2005.
Our outbound packages are regulated under the Travel Industry Ordinance (Cap. 634) and protected by Hong Kong's Travel Industry Compensation Fund (TICF):
- If a licensed travel agent ceases operation, affected travellers may receive an ex gratia payment of up to 90% of the outbound fare (up to HK$15,000 under the simplified procedure).
- In the event of injury or death caused by an accident during an outbound activity, the Fund reimburses up to HK$300,000.
After payment, the Travel Industry Authority issues an e-Levy Stamp. Scan its QR code to verify your protection.
Protection applies to outbound packages — a combination of two or more of: transport, accommodation, and arranged activities. Air tickets or accommodation purchased on their own are not covered.
