The five-day Hokuriku private tour gives you a measured look at a region of gardens, gorge scenery and old village lanes. With five days you cover a comfortable set of highlights without rushing between them: the illuminations and seasonal plantings of Nabana no Sato, the spring-water lanes and festival heritage of Gujo Hachiman, and the thatched houses of the Gokayama Gassho-style Village. Travel is private, so the pace stays yours — a slower morning at Tonami Tulip Park or a stop at Amaharashi Coast for the Toyama Bay view is easy to fit in. The six-, seven- and eight-day versions of this route add more places and give a more relaxed pace, which suits travellers who prefer fewer transfers each day. Five days is a good fit if your dates are fixed, you want a focused first visit, and you are happy to move between stops every day or two.

Why choose five days rather than the six- or seven-day versions?
Five days covers the core of the route — Nabana no Sato, Gujo Hachiman and the Gokayama Gassho-style Village — within a single working week. The six- and seven-day versions add more places and allow a more relaxed pace, with fewer stops each day. Choose five days if your dates are fixed and you prefer a compact itinerary.
Who suits the five-day version most?
The five-day format suits travellers who want a first look at Hokuriku and are comfortable moving between stops every day or two. It also works for anyone on a fixed week of leave. If you would rather spend longer at Tonami Tulip Park or Shogawa Gorge, the longer versions give you that extra time.
Is eight days too much, or should I stop at five?
Neither is wrong. Eight days adds more places and a more relaxed pace, which helps if you dislike early starts or want time at Amaharashi Coast and along Shogawa Gorge. Five days keeps the trip compact and works well when your leave is limited. Tell us your dates and pace preference and we will suggest the day-count.
