Five days lets you cover Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park and the Tianmen Mountain Cableway in a relaxed way, plus time in Dayong Ancient Town and Hou Rong Street, without cutting anything short or rushing the transfers.
Why not take the six- or seven-day version instead?
Those versions add more places in the region and allow a more relaxed pace, which suits travellers with more time or a deeper interest in Tujia culture. If your dates are fixed, five days keeps the essentials and leaves out some of the further stops that the longer tours include.
