Private Tours: How We Work, What It Costs and Who It Suits

A private tour is a car, a driver and an itinerary built around your dates — not a coach that leaves at a fixed time whether you are ready or not.

How a private tour works

  • You give us dates, nights, headcount and what you want to see.
  • We send a route outline within 48 hours, free, with hotel suggestions.
  • You adjust. Then we confirm hotels, driver and any guides.
  • On the trip, the driver stays with you; the itinerary can move.

Private tour, corporate group, business visit, study tour

  • Private tour — family or friends, from two guests, no minimum numbers.
  • Corporate group — incentive travel, department trips, split into vehicles.
  • Business visit — trade fairs, factory and company visits, scheduled around meetings.
  • Study tour — schools and parent groups, cultural exchange, safety ratios agreed first.

What it does not include

Flights and travel insurance are not part of our service. We are a tour operator, not a visa agency.
